Overview

TAPP is a modern SaaS platform that enables cafes, restaurants, hotels, and bars to digitize their menus and implement contactless ordering systems. Guests simply scan a QR code from their table to instantly view the complete menu on their phone in their preferred language and place orders directly — no printing, no contact, no app required. Orders arrive instantly to the venue's tablet/laptop with sound notifications, streamlining operations and improving guest experience.

My Role

  • Built the complete full-stack system — from database architecture to frontend user interface
  • Implemented multi-tenant SaaS model with three pricing tiers (Free, Starter, Pro)
  • Developed real-time ordering system with table detection, live notifications, and kitchen integration
  • Created comprehensive dashboard for managing menus, orders, links, QR codes, and analytics
  • Built real-time analytics engine tracking QR scans, menu views, orders, and revenue
  • Integrated automatic multi-language system (Bosnian, English, German, Croatian, Serbian, Italian, French, Spanish, Turkish)
